Welcome to Artique Lifestyle. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order with Artique Lifestyle, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.
1. General
- Artique Lifestyle reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Artique Lifestyle.
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.
- Customers are required to pay the full amount of the order, including delivery charges, at the time of receiving the product.
- Failure to make payment upon delivery may result in cancellation of the order and refusal of future services.
3. Delivery
- Delivery charges are as follows:
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70
- Outside Dhaka: ৳150
- Estimated delivery timelines:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, courier delays, or public holidays).
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Artique Lifestyle will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information.
4. Inspection & Acceptance
- Customers must inspect the product(s) in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
- Any issues, defects, or mismatches must be reported immediately.
- Once delivery is accepted, Artique Lifestyle will not be responsible for damages, complaints, or claims regarding the product.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Artique Lifestyle does not offer refunds once a product has been delivered and accepted.
- Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange within 7 working days from the date of delivery if they are unsatisfied with the product.
- The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
- Sale items, perishable goods, and certain personal-use products are non-returnable.
- Artique Lifestyle makes every effort to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately.
- However, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to photography, screen resolution, or product batch differences.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Artique Lifestyle shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
- Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Artique Lifestyle website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the intellectual property of Artique Lifestyle and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of বাংলাদেশ.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of বাংলাদেশ.
