1. Delivery Coverage & Charges

  • Inside Dhaka City: A standard delivery charge of ৳70 applies.
  • Outside Dhaka (Anywhere in বাংলাদেশ): A standard delivery charge of ৳150 applies.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days from order confirmation.
  • Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days, depending on courier availability and destination.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Delivery Method

  • Orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners.
  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid phone number at the time of placing the order.
  • Artique Lifestyle will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

4. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are required to check the product(s) in the presence of the delivery personnel.

  • Any issue, defect, or mismatch must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
  • Once the delivery is accepted, Artique Lifestyle shall not be liable for any product-related complaints thereafter.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Delivery is considered completed once the order is received and accepted by the customer or their representative at the provided address.
  • Any claims of non-receipt must be reported within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.
