Refund and Returns Policy

At Artique Lifestyle, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and reliable shopping experience for all customers. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Product Inspection at Delivery
Customers are required to inspect their ordered product(s) at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel.
- If any issue, defect, or damage is found, it must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel.
- Once the delivery is accepted, Artique Lifestyle shall not be held responsible for any claims regarding product defects, damages, or complaints thereafter.
2. Refunds
- Artique Lifestyle does not offer refunds once a product has been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer.
- Refund requests made after product acceptance will not be considered under any circumstances.
3. Exchanges
- Customers may request an exchange if they are not satisfied with the product received.
- Exchange requests must be made within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact Artique Lifestyle directly.
4. Return & Shipping Charges
- If a customer chooses to return or exchange a product, the customer shall be solely responsible for all applicable delivery and return shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it shall not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Artique Lifestyle shall not be held liable for any complaints, damages, or defects reported after delivery acceptance. Customers are strongly advised to verify the product condition in the presence of the delivery personnel before completing the delivery process.
